This is a proxy indicator. The UN Global indicator states: “Proportion of population reporting having personally felt discriminated against or harassed in the previous 12 months on the basis of a ground of discrimination prohibited under international human rights law”.

Progress measurement details |
The progress status is based solely on the primary series: “Proportion of the population reporting to have experienced discrimination or unfair treatment in the past 5 years.” Furthermore, the progress status is determined using only Q1 data as progress is assessed on an annual basis. Data from other quarters are not considered in the progress assessment for this indicator. |
